She alleged the promoter of Miss Malaysia Wonderland have not given part of her prize money she won in 1986/1987. Megan claimed the organizer still owed her $4000. She claimed she still entitled to USD10,000 worth of cosmetics, a world trip, a certificate, a trophy and other gifts. So far she only get part of the promised prizes including a diamond ring.

The chief promoter Anon Wong from Hong Konggave her post dated cheque for HK14,624 but it bounced. He sent another cheque but it never reached Megan. Anon promised another meeting to give her money but he never turn up!.
