This contest was held in conjuction with LIMA 1991 exhibition. Michelle Sim who described Langkawi beaches were among the best in the Malaysia won the contest. She was an administrative staff in Kuala Lumpur, received RM3000, return air tickets to Hong Kong, sash, crown and gifts.
Sarah Mah was 1st runner up and received RM2000 and 5 day stay in Bangkok. Grace Ooi who won 2nd runners up got RM1000 and 3-day stay in Hadyai. 16 contestants took part in the pageant which was done in Legends Discotheque.
Other finalists were Rita Tang, Ang Choon Eam, Michelle Zurita Moore, Irene Tan, Jacqueline Lee, Queenie Ho.
