The event was held at the Picadilly club in Damansara Jaya. 24 finalists were selected from 4 heats in the previous months for the two semifinal events. Among the semifinal contestants were Azurina Jalil, Molly Malakias, Stephanie chin, evon Chew, Frennie Hew, Sarima, Liza Anatasia, Carina Tan, Caren Ong, Veniessa and Aniessa Tan
The grandfinal was done on December 17, 1992, The winner received RM2500, return air tickets to Phuket, a holiday package to Pulau Langkawi and other prizes. The 1st runner up received RM1700, air tickets to Meda and other prizes while 2nd runners up won RM1000 and free trip to Haadyai. 2nd and 3rd winners also received sponsored holiday to Langkawi.
