This contest was held simultaneously with the Miss Pesta Pulau Pinang for adults. 4 year old Julie Eng Chia Lee dressed in a victorian style gown won the title of Miss Little Pesta while Leong Kar Yean was 1st runner up and Teoh Yong Chin was 2nd runners up. The three of them won cash RM800, RM600 and RM400 respectively.
