This contest was held at the Parkroyal Hotel Penang. The winner is Evan Chin who won herself RM1000 in cash, other gifts worth RM2000 and a sub title of Miss Super Trim she won, gave her an additional RM300 in cash.
The first runner up was won by Linda Tan, a hotel receptionist. She won herself RM750 and other gifts worth RM1000. Khoo ee Pheng was the third runners up and won herself RM500 and gifts from sponsors worth RM500 and an additional RM500 by winning Miss Photogenic title.Evan Chin and Linda Tan represented Penang at the Miss Malaysia Chinatown 1992.
The top three national winners represented Malaysia in Miss Chinese International 1993 in Hong Kong, Miss Globe 1993 in Turkey and Miss Hawaiian Tropic in Hawaii.
