Mariana Ríos first runner up in the beauty pageant Señorita Mexico U.S. this past September 12th in Las Vegas, has been titled as the new Señorita Mexico U.S. 2010 once elected Jocell Villa was terminated by The Miss Mexico Organization, for not fulfilling her duities as a queen.
Las Vegas, NV-AZ (1888PressRelease) October 22, 2010 - The decision was publicly announced this past Monday Oct-18th right after The Miss Mexico Organization, board of directors decided to terminate Jocell Villa and crown the beautiful and sweet Mariana. The 5'8" Mexican Queen Mariana Ríos who proudly represented the beautiful state of Michoacán in the beauty competition attends California State University Fullerton, and is majoring in Business Administration, with a minor in Nutrition. The young beauty queen said to this media "I am so happy to represent the beauty of the women from my beautiful country Mexico, in the U.S. and I understand the responsibility that it represents. I am taking this job with a lot of love in my heart. I am ready for it, I have always been."
Adam Perez, The Miss Mexico Organization CEO, said to be very satisfied with the decision, Adam added: "Mariana possesses all of the attributes the pageant needs, she is sweet and beautiful, a hard worker who well understands her responsibilities, she is getting an education in Fullerton University, has solid goals but more importantly, we know she will represent the beauty of the Mexican women, with pride and a lot of dignity."
Jenny Bolívar, Pageant Executive Director informed this media that the Mariana's crowning ceremony will take place in Los Angeles at a non yet determined place/date. Jenny said: "The pageant is prepared to resolve adverse situations and fortunately we now count with a gorgeous ambassador for the beauty of the Mexican women in The United States of America. Mariana will do a great job; I know it in my heart. The decision was accurate and I am very pleased with it. "
