The Brazilian Stangherlin Natalie , age 6, won for the second time the title of Little Miss World. In 2008, she had come in first place in the international beauty contest.Winner of Mini Miss Brazil last year, she represented Brazil again because the Mini Miss Brazil 2009 will only be known on August 29.
Besides the principal, Natalie, born in Santa Maria (RS), won the Best Traditional Costume, with a costume inspired by the Amazon rainforest, which referred to the fringes of the river waters, and elements of the fauna and flora. The mission also paraded in swimsuits and eveningwear.
According to a spokesperson for the event in Brazil, the next step is to include Natalie in the record books as the first Brazilian to receive an international beauty title for two consecutive times. The contest took place between the 6th and August 9th, Ecuador.
