Interesting notes:
1) He'd been trying to get China girl to participate in major beauty pageant but was rejected.
2) He even tried his luck in persuading Russian authority to get a Russian girl to participate in Miss Universe contest only to be told by the Russian Cultural Institution that the Miss Universe pageant has to accept 20 Russian girls participating, in which to Charlie, was not possible to do.
3) Czechoslovakia was the only communist country that sent their beauty queen to compete in Miss Universe 1970 but the girl defected to West Germany and never returned to Czechoslovakia.
4) Charlie has a library of queens in Hollywood featuring mostly beautiful queens from around the world that participated in many beauty contests.
