This event was held at the Fire Discotheque in lorong P. Ramlee Kuala Lumpur on March 28, 1993. Anita Aziz, a prominent Malaysian model won the contest. She won RM3000 in cash and also got to represent Malaysia in the Miss Southeast Asia pageant 1993. Second place went to Melanie Wong who won herself RM1000 and other prizes while Adeline Ong Siew Fong won third place. In 1996, Adeline was elected as Miss Malaysia Universe and represented Malaysia in Miss Universe 1996 contest in Las Vegas.
