MEET 16 ladies, all vying for the title Jumbo Queen 2010. Aged between 21 and 50 years, these women come from various backgrounds – from make-up artist and housewife to marketing manager and taxi operator.
The lightest semi-final contestant is 90kg while the heaviest is 143kg.
Who will be the queen?: The contestants in the Jumbo Queen 2010 contest.Jumbo Queen 2010 is a contest women aged 18 years and above and weighing at least 80kg.
Twenty-nine took part in Heat 1 and Heat 2, out of which 16 were selected for the semi- final today.
Contestants will be judged based on the way they carry themselves, charm and personality. They will also be modelling casual wear and sportswear.
The winner will walk away with RM5,000, a trophy and sash, while the first runner-up and second runner-up will receive RM3,000 and RM2,000 respectively as well as a trophy and sash.
There will also be a subsidiary title of Charming Jumbo Queen, Most Talented Jumbo Queen and Most Popular Jumbo Queen where each title winner will receive RM500, trophy and sash.
