Actually, her name is not Josephine Jeng, she's Josephine Lena Wong Jaw Leng or currently known as Datin Josephine Fonseka. This photo was taken from the Miss Expo 1970 souvenir magazine. The contest was hels in Japan, and the winner was crowned by Gloria Diaz, Miss Universe 1969!.
