after the contest ended yesterday, people started guessing and wondering why Miss Venezuela being dumped out of top 15. I found this photo in a Puerto Rican page saying that this was Osmel Sousa being wheeled to the hospital as he was so dejected by the decision and passed out! But apparently this was just a hoax, but if u see the photo closely, the head of the patient was exactly like Osmel Sousa's head!.
