KUCHING: The Miss Fair and Lovely World Harvest Festival 2010 participants were presented with shoes sponsored by Lea Centre at Sarawak Plaza here Friday.
For the 12th year consecutively, Lea Centre has generously covered the feet of the finalists with Emilio Valentino shoes.
This year, 14 finalists received the shoes (Emilio Valentino are the official shoes) for the grand final on May 29 at Sarawak Cultural Village (SCV).
The finalists agreed unanimously that the range of Emilio Valentino shoes compliments their styles perfectly.
The finalists are Dyg Zeffyshaffiqa, Kueh Mei Fung, Dyg Faisya Fazlynna, the six-footer Dewi Liana Seriestha, Scherrie Amanda Kueh, Shahnaz Hai’adz, Aniscia James Barcally, Prescilla Raymond, Khairunnisa Ismadi, Elizabeth Dorrie, Sharene Ormilla Ngilo, Sherryl Akhma, Ummu Khansa and Nur Hanie Syafira.
Among the highlights of the festival would be the staging of a musical drama about an Orang Ulu legend — Batang Arong and the Sky Goddess: When Love Hunts for Magic; International Cultural Concerts from Thailand with interactive workshops on dance and music; the grand final of the Miss Fair and Lovely WHF 2010; Iron Man WHF 2010 final competition; and Dayak Food Festival.
